Thanksgiving in Oakdale This Year

For the the first time ever, the Smith Family Thanksgiving came north and we held it at our house in Oakdale. The group was fairly small (comparatively) with 24 family members. We had two toy haulers in the driveway housing the Lillibridge and Kerr families.

Family Gathering in Bodega Bay

View from the deck of our VRBO. Good find Mama!!!!!
Sorry it has taken so long to get these pictures up. Our October gathering in Bodega Bay was a lot of fun. I guess we will use the group picture for our Christmas Card.

Day 6, second try

Day six was our last day of riding. We rode 40 miles around both sides of the Wachau Valley along the Danube. The hills are covered with terraced vineyards. Castles and cathedrals everywhere. A lot of history and beautiful scenery.
We crossed via ferry at Durnstein. The castle on the hill once held Richard the Lionhearted, captured and ransomed on his way home from the Crusades.
